| Anna Paquin was born in New Zealand and raised in Canada. She is a Canadian New Zealander actress that has been seen in films like The Piano The Piano, Fly Away Home, X-Men. While she didn't have any plans of becoming an actress however, destiny arranged it. In the aftermath of her breakout performance with her first film, she received many offers which she did not accept in order to concentrate on her studies.
